Wonderful experience!

Beza Ayenew 3 months ago

We visited with our kids hoping to swim, but unfortunately there were no available spots. The children were very disappointed and sad, so we decided to get some food instead. We waited in a long line to buy chicken nuggets, and just as we finally received our food, a woman who appeared to be a supervisor came over and told us to leave because we were not members. What surprised us was that no one had informed us earlier that non-members were not allowed to stay in that area, and we did not see any signs explaining this policy. If we had known, we would have left without any problem. Instead, the supervisor approached us in an angry and aggressive manner, which made us feel very unwelcome, especially in front of our children. We understand that private clubs have rules, but they should be communicated clearly and enforced respectfully. This experience was very disappointing for our family.

I thoroughly enjoy my time here. The staff is friendly and there's a relaxed atmosphere at the pool. The pool has very clear water, a great lawn and eating locations, as well as a club house. The two courts are great, especially the ball machine, the mini basketball court (great for playing wall ball), and the tennis balls available for use. VRSTC is close, so it is perfect for me and my family!
